“I've read all the bad comments before, but they turned out completely false in our case. The staff was nice and friendly, especially those who work in the restaurant. One night our train was cancelled and didn't make it back on time for dinner, but once we called, they prepared diner for us and took it to our room. By the way the food was amazing! For breakfast we had plenty options and the same goes for dinner. Our room was clean but yes, the walls are thin. For us though besides one night it wasn't that disturbing. It's a 3 start hotel so do not expect the Hilton but I think overall we got great value for our money and I would highly recommend. Grazie mile!”
